As the eighth book in the Charlotte Diamond Mystery series opens, former FBI senior agent Charlotte and her movie star significant other, Brenda Boynton/Brandon, are taking quick advantage of a recent change in Maryland’s same-sex marriage laws to tie the knot. Once on board, Charlotte becomes steeped in more of the mysteries that seem to attach to her like magnets and Brenda again is wooed back into her movie star mode.
As the shipboard disasters and dramas escalate around them Charlotte and Brenda must fight to preserve the true meaning of their brave decision to marry.

I've read all of the Charlotte Diamond series and have never been disappointed in this mystery series. The stories are easy to follow, without a lot of typos or grammer issues. However what is always lacking is a lack of romance in any of these stories. I don't mean tonsils being examined but from the very beginning the story of Charlotte and Brenda as a couple comes off platonic.Product details

Charlotte and Brenda had a heck of a time trying to get married and go on a honeymoon.
Mysteries follow Charlotte and so does Evan Worthington, to get her back with the FBI as a consultant.
Pirates, thieves and murder with Russians in the mix looking for one of Brenda's good friend. Stolen limousine, missing people.
You got to read this book.
I have enjoyed this entire series and look forward to more additions. It is a great series and quick read.
Very enjoyable, mystery galore!! Charlotte and Brenda are a super couple who compliment each other in many ways! Hope for more Charlotte Diamond mysteries!
